摘　　要：“挑战杯”全国大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛是新时期下深化大学生素质教育的重要平台,对于培育青年创新人才具有显著成效,其因在中国大学生科技创新与创业领域的卓越贡献,被誉为科技创新创业的“奥林匹克”盛事。文章对医学生参加“挑战杯”竞赛的重要性进行了分析,并以徐州医科大学为案例,讨论了依托“挑战杯”的医学基础类创新人才培养策略;并通过“中国流行弓形虫株致认知障碍及其药物研究”这一创新案例,证实了“挑战杯”在推动创新人才培养方面的有效性,以及徐州医科大学利用“挑战杯”等竞赛的创新人才培养模式的成效。The"Challenge Cup"National College Student Extracurricular Academic Science and Technology Works Competition serves as an important platform for enhancing the quality education of college students in the new era.It has demonstrated significant effectiveness in nurturing young innovative talents and is regarded as the"Olympics"of scientific innovation and entrepreneurship due to its outstanding contributions to the field of scientific innovation and entrepreneurship among Chinese college students.This article analyzes the importance of medical students'participation in the"Challenge Cup"competition,using Xuzhou Medical University as a case study to discuss the strategies for cultivating innovative talents in the field of basic medical sciences based on the"Challenge Cup."Furthermore,through the innovative case study of"Research on Cognitive Impairment Induced by Toxoplasmagondii Strains in China and Its Pharmacological Approaches,"the article confirms the effectiveness of the"Challenge Cup"in promoting the cultivation of innovative talents and highlights the success of Xuzhou Medical University's talent cultivation model utilizing competitions like the"Challenge Cup".
