依托虚拟教研室提升临床教师教学能力的探索

摘  要:内蒙古医科大学外科虚拟教研室在建设和发展的过程中发现在不同教学医院之间,教师的教学能力存在着明显的差异性,且部分教师缺乏对教学的重视。因此如何提高各附属医院临床教师的教学能力,实现临床教学质量的同质化,是外科虚拟教研室建设过程中重要的一环。内蒙古医科大学外科虚拟教研室以内蒙古医科大学附属医院骨科“手足并用”教学团队为基础,开展一系列规范化教学培训、教学沙龙活动和课程思政案例库的建设等。通过内蒙古医科大学附属医院外科虚拟教研室与周边各临床医学院的紧密交流合作,各临床医学院的教师教学能力得到提升,进而提高教学质量。During the construction and development of the Virtual Surgical Teaching and Research Office at Inner Mongolia Medical University,it was found that there are significant differences in teaching abilities among faculty members across different teaching hospitals,with some teachers lacking emphasis on teaching.Therefore,improving the teaching capabilities of clinical teachers in affiliated hospitals and achieving homogenization of clinical teaching quality is an important aspect of the construction of the Virtual Surgical Teaching and Research Office.Based on the orthopedic"Hands-On"teaching team from the affiliated hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University,a series of standardized teaching training,teaching salon activities,and the establishment of a curriculum ideological and political case database were conducted.Through close communication and collaboration between the Virtual Surgical Teaching and Research Office at Inner Mongolia Medical University and surrounding clinical medical colleges,the teaching abilities of faculty members in these colleges have been enhanced,thereby improving teaching quality.
