Bio-OSS骨粉联合根膜技术即刻种植与不翻瓣即刻种植对前牙美学区即刻种植修复患者的影响  

Effect of Bio-OSS Bone Meal Combined with Root Film Technique on Immediate Implant Restoration of Anterior Dental Aesthetic Area

摘　　要：目的探讨Bio-OSS骨粉联合根膜技术即刻种植与不翻瓣即刻种植对前牙美学区即刻种植修复患者的影响。方法选取2022年8月-2023年8月中国贵航集团三○二医院口腔科收治的前牙美学区即刻种植修复患者90例,随机分为A、B组,A组给予Bio-OSS骨粉联合根膜技术即刻种植,B组给予Bio-OSS骨粉联合不翻瓣即刻种植,比较两组种植成功率、术后即刻种植体稳定性量值(ISQ)评分,术后即刻、术后1年种植体邻近骨吸收程度,术后即刻、术后1年唇侧骨板厚度、高度,术后1年红白美学效果,术后并发症发生情况,患者对种植效果满意度。结果两组患者种植成功率、术后即刻ISQ评分及术后并发症比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组术后1年唇侧颈部、距唇侧颈部2 mm位置、距唇侧颈部4 mm位置骨板厚度与术后即刻比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。B组患者术后1年唇侧颈部、距唇侧颈部2 mm位置、距唇侧颈部4 mm位置骨板厚度显著低于术后即刻,且术后1年B组患者唇侧颈部、距唇侧颈部2 mm位置、距唇侧颈部4 mm位置骨板厚度低于A组(P<0.05)。两组术后即刻唇侧骨板厚度、高度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后1年B组患者唇侧骨板厚度、高度均显著低于A组(P<0.05),术后1年A组红色美学指数(PES)、白色美学指数(WES)评分均显著高于B组(P<0.05),A组对种植效果满意率显著高于B组(χ^(2)=3.920,P<0.05),两组术后并发症比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Bio-OSS骨粉联合根膜技术即刻种植可减少前牙美学区修复患者骨量吸收,提高美学效果和满意度,且安全性高。Objective To investigate and analyze the effects of Bio-OSS bone meal combined with root film technique on immediate implant restoration of anterior dental aesthetic area.Methods Ninety patients with immediate implant restoration in the aesthetic area of anterior teeth admitted to the Stomatology Department of 302 Hospital of China Guihang Group from August 2022 to August 2023 were randomly divided into group A and group B.Group A was given immediate implantation with Bio-OSS bone meal combined with root film technology,while group B was given immediate implantation with Bio-OSS bone meal combined with unturned flap.The implantation success rate,implant stability(ISQ)score immediately after surgery,bone absorption degree immediately after surgery and 1 year after surgery,thickness and height of labial bone plate before surgery and 1 year after surgery,red and white aesthetic effect 1 year after surgery,incidence of postoperative complications,and patient satisfaction with implantation effect were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the success rate of implantation,ISQ score and complications between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in bone plate thickness between group A at 1 year after surgery,2mm away from the labial neck and 4mm away from the labial neck(P>0.05).The bone plate thickness at the labial side neck,2mm position from the labial side neck,and 4mm position from the labial side neck in group A at 1 year postoperatively was not statistically significant when compared with that in the immediate postoperative period(P>0.05).The thickness of the bone plate at the labial side neck,2-mm position from the labial side neck,and 4-mm position from the labial side neck was significantly lower than those in the immediate postoperative period in group B.The thickness of the bone plate at the labial side neck,2-mm position from the labial side neck,and4-mm position from the labial side neck in group B was lower than those in group A at the postoper
