摘 要:为了探讨运动对优化肠道乳酸菌丰度的潜在作用,将18只雄性C57BL/6小鼠随机分为三组:对照组、有氧耐力运动组和低氧耐力运动组。经过八周训练,采用选择性培养基培养乳酸菌,使用平板计数法检测三组小鼠粪便中的嗜热链球菌和双歧杆菌数量,以评估不同类型运动对小鼠肠道乳酸菌丰度的影响。同时,监测小鼠体重变化。研究结果表明,与低氧耐力运动相比,有氧耐力运动更有效增加高脂饮食引起的肥胖小鼠肠道内乳酸菌的丰富度,并有助于控制体重增长。To investigate the potential role of exercise in optimizing the abundance of intestinal lactic acid bacteria,eighteen male C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into three groups:an control group,a aerobic endurance exercise group,and a hypoxic endurance exercise group.After eight weeks of training,lactic acid bacteria were cultured in a selective medium and the fecal counts of Streptococcus thermophilus and Bifidobacterium bifidum were measured using plate counting method in all three groups of mice in order to assess the effect of different types of exercise on the abundance of intestinal lactic acid bacteria in mice.Meanwhile,the mice were monitored for body weight changes.The results showed that aerobic endurance exercise was more effective in increasing the abundance of lactic acid bacteria in the intestines of high-fat diet-induced obese mice than hypoxic endurance exercise,and helpful to control weight gain.
