产-学-研协同育人机制下环境工程创新型人才培养模式的研究与实践

摘　　要：产学研协同育人机制是一个持续改善的过程,在此基础上培养创新型人才的方式有待提高。面对我国高校协同创新人才培养中校企合作模式合作结束即散场、缺乏政策引导、评价机制不一致等诸多问题,以环境工程为例,提出了以校企为双主体,实现校企合作双赢的模式,有效提高创新型人才培养质量的措施,力争在创新教育理念、创新培养模式、创新管理机制的同时,完善实践教学体系和制度建设。力争为国家培养一批又一批具有国际视野和国际竞争力的学生。The mechanism of cooperative education between industry,university and research is a process of continuous improvement,so the way of cultivating innovative talents needs to be improved.In the face of problems such as the immediate breakup of school-enterprise cooperation mode after the end of cooperation,lack of policy guidance,inconsistent evaluation mechanism,this paper takes environmental engineering as an example,puts forward a model of university-enterprise as dual subjects to achieve win-win cooperation and proposes effective measures to improve the cultivation quality of innovative talents so as to to perfect the practical teaching system and system construction while innovating the educational concept,training mode and management mechanism.It strives to train a batch of students with international vision and international competitiveness for the country.
