摘  要:基于新工科和产教融合背景下开展地方高校自动化类专业应用型人才培养改革,从建立校企协同为基础的双方主体型育人平台,构建“产教、技教、五育”三维融合类培养体系,打造“岗课赛证”四元融通式教学模式等3个方面进行探索,构建地方高校自动化类新工科应用型人才培养新模式。Based on the background of new engineering and integration of industry and education,this paper carried out the reform of applied talents training for automation majors in local colleges and universities,mainly focusing on the following three aspects:establishing an education platform with universities and enterprises as the dual subjects of cooperation,building an training system integrating“production and education,technology and education and five dimensions of education”and creating an integrated teaching model of“employment-classing teaching-competition-certificate”to build a new mode of training applied talents for new automation engineering in local universities.
