供应链集中度与企业可持续发展绩效:倒U形关系及其形成机理检验

摘　　要：研究企业供应链管理在长期可持续发展中的关键作用,特别是在国际竞争加剧和国内消费结构持续升级的背景下,加强供应链管理对于推动企业高质量发展和经济结构转型升级具有重要意义。以中国A股2014—2023年上市公司为研究对象,考察供应链集中度对企业可持续发展绩效的影响。结果表明,供应链集中度与企业可持续发展绩效之间存在显著的倒U形关系。进一步分析揭示,供应链效率和融资约束在供应链集中度与企业可持续发展绩效之间的关系中发挥中介作用。具体而言,供应链集中度与供应链效率呈倒U形关系,而与融资约束呈负相关关系。供应链效率对可持续发展绩效具有正向影响,而融资约束与企业可持续发展绩效之间亦呈倒U形关系。此外,在国有企业和资深企业中,供应链集中度与企业可持续发展绩效之间的倒U形关系尤为明显。The study explored the critical role of enterprise supply chain management in achieving long-term sustainable development.Particularly in the context of intensified international competition and the continuous upgrading of domestic consumption structures,strengthening supply chain management is of great significance for promoting high-quality enterprise development and facilitating economic structural transformation and upgrading.Taking Chinese A-share listed companies from 2014 to 2023 as the research object,it examined the impact of supply chain concentration on corporate sustainable development performance.The findings show that there is a significant inverted U-shaped relationship between supply chain concentration and corporate sustainable development performance.Further analysis reveals that supply chain efficiency and financing constraints play a mediating role in the relationship between supply chain concentration and corporate sustainability performance.Specifically,supply chain concentration has an inverted U-shaped relationship with supply chain efficiency and a negative relationship with financing constraints.Supply chain efficiency has a positive impact on sustainability performance,while financing constraints have an inverted U-shaped relationship with corporate sustainability performance.In addition,the inverted U-shaped relationship between supply chain concentration and corporate sustainability performance is especially obvious in state-owned enterprises and senior enterprises.
