血府逐瘀抗瘤方对大肠癌术后免疫功能及肠道菌群调节的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察血府逐瘀抗瘤方对大肠癌术后免疫功能及肠道菌群的影响。方法:将84例大肠癌患者随机分为两组各42例。对照组患者术后予常规补液、营养支持治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用血府逐瘀抗瘤方。两组均治疗14天。观察两组患者免疫细胞、肠道菌群数量变化情况。结果:治疗组总有效率93.33%,明显高于对照组的76.67%(P﹤0.05)。治疗组患者CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、大肠埃希菌、肠球菌数量低于对照组,而CD8^(+)、乳杆菌数量、双歧杆菌高于对照组,两组差异均具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀抗瘤方治疗大肠癌术后患者疗效较好,能进一步改善患者的肠道微生态系统和免疫指标水平。Objective:To observe the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Kangliu formula on immune function and intestinal flora regulation after surgery for colorectal cancer.Methods:84 cases of patients with colorectal cancer were randomly divided into two groups,42 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine fluid infusion and nutritional support after operation,while patients in the treatment group were treated plus with Xuefu Zhuyu Kangliu formula on the basis of control group.Both groups were treated for 14 days.The changes of immune cells and number of intestinal flora of patiente were observed in two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 76.67%of control group(P﹤0.05).CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),Escherichia coli and enterococcus number of patients in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,while CD8^(+),lactobacillus number and bifidobacterium of patients in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between two groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Xuefu Zhuyu Kangliu formula on postoperative patients with colorectal cancer is better,which can further improve the intestinal microecosystem and level of immune indexes of patients.
