摘 要:本文基于上市企业数据,实证考察了数实产业技术融合对企业就业的影响。研究表明,数实产业技术融合可以显著提升企业就业水平;机制分析表明,数实产业技术融合能够通过生产率效应、利润效应和就业创造效应提升企业就业水平;异质性分析表明,数实产业技术融合的就业促进效应在国有企业、成熟期企业、位于劳动力市场供给不足地区的企业、竞争程度低的行业的企业中更加明显;进一步研究表明,数实产业技术融合能够促进企业人力资本升级,却扩大了企业内部收入差距。本文的研究结论能够为中国进一步深化数实产业技术融合、实现经济高质量发展提供重要政策启示。This study empirically examines the impact of technological integration of digital industries and real industries on corporate employment using data from listed companies.The findings indicate that the technological integration of digital industries and real industries significantly enhances employment levels.Mechanism analysis reveals that the effect operates through productivity gains,profit increases,and job creation.Heterogeneity analysis shows that the employment-promoting effect is more pronounced in state-owned enterprises,mature firms,companies located in regions with labor supply shortages,and industries with lower competition.Further analysis suggests that while technological integration of digital industries and real industries facilitates human capital upgrading,it also widens income disparities within firms.The study provides important policy implications for deepening technological integration of digital industries and real industries,and promoting high-quality economic development in China.
