摘　　要：胆囊癌是一种恶性程度高、预后不佳的肿瘤,由于其隐匿性和非特异性症状导致早期诊断困难,多数患者确诊时已晚期。近年来腹腔镜技术在胆囊癌领域的应用愈加增多。本文总结了腹腔镜技术在胆囊癌诊断和治疗中的应用现状,分析了其价值并探讨了未来发展,以期为提高胆囊癌的诊断率和改善患者预后提供新的视角。Gallbladder cancer is a highly malignant tumor with poor prognosis.Due to its vicious biological behaviors and non-specific symptoms,early diagnosis is challenging,and most patients are diagnosed at advanced or late stages.In recent years,the application of laparoscopic technology for gallbladder cancer has been increasing.This article summarizes the current status of the application of laparoscopic technology in the diagnosis and treatment of gallbladder cancer,analyzes its value,and explores future developments,aiming to provide a new perspective for improving diagnosis and prognosis of gallbladder cancer.
