摘 要:地聚物作为建筑材料的应用热点,已成为普通硅酸盐水泥的最佳替代物之一,其力学性能的研究较为成熟,但其吸波性能缺乏实验研究与验证。碳化硅(SiC)是一种典型的介电材料,且粒径小,在水泥基材料中既可作为吸波剂,又可作为微细填料。为促进地聚物的应用及改善其吸波性能,制备了SiC改性地聚物(SiCMG),研究了其力学性能、介电性能及吸波性能。结果表明:SiC可以提高地聚物的力学性能、介电性能和吸波性能。随着SiC掺量的增大,地聚物的抗压、抗折强度均先增大后减小,复介电常数和介电损耗角正切不断增大,雷达波反射率不断减小。SiC掺量越大,地聚物的介电性能和吸波性能越佳。地聚物的最小雷达波反射率为-9.1 dB,而当SiC掺量为15%时,地聚物雷达波反射率小于-10 dB的频率范围为11.0~18.0 GHz。Geopolymer is considered one of the best substitutes for ordinary portland cement as the application hot topic in building materials.While research on their mechanical properties is relatively mature,experimental research and validations of their wave absorbing properties are lacking.Silicon carbide(SiC)is a typical dielectric material with a small particle size.So it can be used as a wave absorber and fine filler in cement-based material.In order to promote the application of geopolymer and improve its wave absorbing properties,SiC modified geopolymer(SiCMG)was prepared,and its mechanical,dielectric and wave absorbing properties were studied.The results show that SiC can improve the mechanical,dielectric and wave absorbing properties of geopolymer.With the increase of SiC content,the compressive and flexural strengths of the geopolymer initially increase and then decrease,while the complex dielectric constant and dielectric loss angle tangent continuously increase,and the radar wave reflectivity decreases.The larger the SiC content,the better the dielectric and wave absorbing properties of the geopolymer.The minimum radar wave reflectivity of the geopolymer is-9.1 dB,but when the SiC content is 15%,the frequency range of the geopolymer with radar wave reflectivity less than-10 dB is 11.0 to 18.0 GHz.
