集中荷载作用下多跨货运索道的非线性振动特性分析及设计方法

摘  要:在山区输电线路建设施工运输中,多跨货运索道因其架设简便、运输量高的特点而得到广泛应用。为防止货运索道掉斗、掉索现象的发生,确保主要生命线工程的输电线路安全性和可靠性,开展集中荷载作用下多跨货运索道模型振动特性试验研究,对比分析模拟荷重大小、作用点及索道跨数对动力特性的影响规律,提出多跨索道振动的动力系数计算理论,通过校核验算该理论能够精确反映索道动力特性。基于试验及理论分析,提出利用动力系数描述索道动力特性的设计方法,可为山区多跨货运索道的建设提供设计指导。In the construction and transportation of transmission lines in mountainous areas,multi-span ropeways are widely used due to their simple installation and high transport capacity.To prevent accidents such as bucket fall and cable snapping,and to ensure the safety and reliability of transmission lines,especially critical lifeline projects,nonlinear vibration characteristics of multi-span ropeways under concentrated loads are analyzed.The effects of load magnitude,application point,and number of spans on dynamic characteristics are evaluated.A theoretical calculation method for the dynamic coefficient of multi-span ropeway vibration is proposed and verified to accurately reflect the dynamic characteristics of the ropeway.Based on experimental and theoretical analysis,a design method using the dynamic coefficient to describe the dynamic characteristics of ropeways is developed,providing design guidance for constructing multi-span ropeways in mountainous regions.
