摘 要:为了构建一种依托三维激光扫描技术的特长隧道变形超挖与欠挖自动辨识算法,提升特长隧道超挖与欠挖辨识效率,提出了一种结合栅格预处理与超级四点一致性配准算法(Super 4PCS)的超挖与欠挖辨识方法。采用徕卡P30三维激光扫描仪,获取超长隧道掘进过程中的岩壁点云数据,并据此构建了隧道的三维模型。完成建模后,将三维模型转化为点云模型,随后利用Super 4PCS算法将实测点云与标准模型点云进行精确配准。通过计算配准后模型点云与岩壁点云之间的偏差值,即可得出山岭隧道的超挖与欠挖数据。试验结果显示,基于Super 4PCS的超挖与欠挖辨识方法,在临沧高速公路天生桥点云项目中取得了卓越的辨识效果,其误差相较于全站仪测量结果的精度控制在约1 mm范围内。To enhance the efficiency of over-excavation and under-excavation identification in long tunnels,a method combining grid preprocessing and the Super 4PCS(Super Four-Point Congruent Sets)registration algorithm is proposed based on 3D laser scanning technology.Point cloud data of rock walls during the excavation of an ultra-long tunnel are collected using a Leica P303D laser scanner,and a 3D tunnel model is constructed.The 3D model is converted into a point cloud model,and the Super 4PCS algorithm is applied to accurately align the measured point cloud with the standard model point cloud.Over-excavation and under-excavation data for the mountain tunnel are derived by calculating the deviations between the aligned model and the rock wall point clouds.Experimental results demonstrate that the method achieves high accuracy in the Tianshengqiao point cloud project on the Lincang Expressway,with an error controlled within approximately 1 mm compared to total station measurements.
