摘  要:目的:探究不同剂量维生素D联合多感官刺激治疗全面性发育迟缓(Global developmental delay,GDD)的疗效、安全性。方法:回顾性选取2020年5月至2023年4月于宝丰县人民医院儿科就诊的118例GDD患儿临床资料,依据药物剂量分为高剂量组(n=40)、中剂量组(n=39)、低剂量组(n=39)。三组均予以维生素D联合多感官刺激治疗,低剂量组每日补充500 IU维生素D,中剂量组每日补充2000 IU维生素D,高剂量组每日补充4000 IU维生素D,三组均治疗6 m。对比治疗前、治疗6 m后三组智力水平、运动功能,并比较治疗期间三组并发症发生率。结果:高剂量组、中剂量组智力水平、运动功能高于低剂量组,并发症发生率低于低剂量组(P<0.05);且高剂量组优于中剂量组(P<0.05)。结论:与中剂量、低剂量维生素D相比,高剂量维生素D联合多感官刺激治疗能改善GDD患儿运动功能,提高其智力水平,且安全可靠。Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of different doses of vitamin D combined with multi-sensory stimulation in the treatment of global developmental delay(GDD).Methods:Clinical data of 118 children with GDD who were treated in the pediatrics department of Baofeng County People's Hospital from May 2020 to April 2023 were retrospectively selected,and they were divided into high-dose group(n=40),medium-dose group(n=39)and low-dose group(n=39)according to drug dosage.All three groups were treated with vitamin D combined with multi-sensory stimulation.The low-dose group was supplemented with 500 IU of vitamin D daily,the medium-dose group with 2000 IU of vitamin D daily,and the high-dose group with 4000 IU of vitamin D daily.All three groups were treated for 6 months.The intelligence level and motor function of the three groups were compared before treatment and 6 months after treatment,and the complication rate of the three groups was compared during treatment.Results:The intelligence level and motor function of high-dose and medium-dose groups were higher than those of low-dose group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of low-dose group(P<0.05).The high dose group was better than the medium dose group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with medium-dose and low-dose vitamin D,high-dose vitamin D combined with multi-sensory stimulation can improve motor function and intelligence of children with GDD,and it is safe and reliable.
