家兔“尿生成的影响因素”实验的优化

摘　　要："尿生成的影响因素"是生理学实验教学中非常重要的一个实验,也是机能学实验经典实验项目之一。目前,此实验操作复杂,给药困难,成功率低,导致教学效果不理想。我们通过建立颈外静脉输液通道优化了给药途径,极大的提高了实验成功率,增强了学生的自信心,取得非常不错的教学效果。"The Influencing Factors of Urine Formation"is a crucial experiment in the teaching of physiological experiments and one of the classic experimental projects in functional experiments.At present,this experiment features complex operations,difficult drug administration,and a low success rate,resulting in unsatisfactory teaching effectiveness.By establishing an external jugular vein infusion channel,we optimized the drug-administration route,which greatly improved the success rate of the experiment,enhanced students'confidence,and achieved excellent teaching results.
