摘  要:新质生产力中蕴含着丰富的生态意蕴,它是推动高质量发展的内在驱动力和重要着力点。换言之,新质生产力本身就是绿色生产力。这是马克思自然生产力理论在新时代的创新和发展。深化对绿色新质生产力的理解就需要深入理解马克思自然生产力概念,即从人本学意义上生产力的生态意蕴、历史科学下的自然生产力和批判资本生产力的“反生态性”三个阶段进行考察,最终指向“社会地控制自然力”这一合理向度。新质生产力立足于我国当前实际,继承了马克思自然生产力理论的生态价值维度,并在时代命题面前给出了创新性的中国方案。在具体发展进程中,既要着眼于思想上全面深刻把握关键性论断,又要立足于实践中以创新为动力实现低碳高质量发展。The new quality productivity contains rich ecological implications,which is the internal driving force and important focus of promoting green and high-quality development,in other words,the new quality productivity itself is green productivity.It is the innovation and development of Marx s theory of natural productivity in the new era.Therefore,to deepen the understanding of the new green productivity,it is necessary to deeply understand the complete context of Marx s concept of natural productivity,that is,to investigate the ecological connotation of productivity in the humanistic sense,the natural productivity under historical science,and the“anti ecology”of criticizing capital productivity,and finally point to the rational direction of“social control of natural forces”.Based on the current reality of China,the new quality productive forces inherit the ecological value dimension of Marx s theory of natural productive forces,and give an innovative Chinese plan in the face of the proposition of the times.In the specific development process,it is necessary not only to focus on the ideological comprehensive and profound grasp of the key assertions,but also to achieve low carbon and high quality based on practice and innovation as the driving force.
