摘　　要：资本主义金融化主导资本主义经济运行,深刻体现在资本主义平台经济金融化的过程中。当前资本主义平台经济金融化已形成估值与信用驱动两种资本积累机制,使平台沦为金融资本的牟利场所,并最终走向垄断,激化了个人、企业乃至国家之间的矛盾,深刻体现其本质仍为资本积累制度金融化的发展形式。本文立足于马克思主义政治经济学视域,从当代资本主义平台经济金融化的形成出发,深刻把握资本主义平台经济金融化的资本积累机制与矛盾危机,以期为我国平台经济金融化高质量发展提供更为切实的借鉴与方案。The financialization of capitalism dominates the operation of the capitalist economy,which is deeply reflected in the process of financialization of the capitalist platform economy.The current financialization of capitalist platform economy has formed two capital accumulation mechanisms,valuation and credit driven,which have turned platforms into profit-making places for financial capital and ultimately led to monopolies,intensifying conflicts between individuals,enterprises,and even countries.This deeply reflects its essence as a development form of capital accumulation system financialization.This article is based on the perspective of Marxist political economics,starting from the formation of contemporary capitalist platform economy financialization,and deeply grasping the capital accumulation mechanism and contradiction crisis of capitalist platform economy financialization,in order to provide more practical reference and solutions for the high-quality development of platform economy financialization in China.
