摘  要:中国式现代化视域下构建职业院校关键办学能力评价指标体系,是完善技能人才培养机制的必然要求,亦是建设现代职业教育体系的实然取向。基于现有院校办学研究成果,运用德尔菲法构建包含5项一级指标、31项二级指标的职业院校关键办学能力评价指标体系。进一步借助层次分析法进行指标赋权处理,并展开综合评价。研究结果显示,职业院校关键办学能力包括办学基本条件、人才支撑能力、产教融合能力、产业支撑能力、社会服务能力;“人才支撑能力”与“产教融合能力”是关键评价指标;“教学科研仪器设备资产值”“师资队伍”“校企合作培养技能人才总数”“技术应用水平”和“技术服务”是评价要点。From the perspective of Chinese modernization,constructing the evaluation index system of key educational ability of vocational colleges is an inevitable requirement for improving the training mechanism of skilled personnel,and it is also the actual orientation of constructing modern vocational education system.Based on the research results of existing colleges and universities,construct a key school-running ability evaluation index system of vocational colleges with 5 first-level indicators and 31 second-level indicators by using Delphi method.Further use the analytic hierarchy process to give weight to indicators,and carry out comprehensive evaluation.The results show that the key school-running abilities of vocational colleges include the basic conditions for running schools,the ability to support talents,the ability to integrate production and education,the ability to support industry and the ability to serve society.“Talent support ability”and“production-education integration ability”are the key evaluation indexes.“Value of teaching and research equipment assets”“teaching staff”“total number of skills cultivated by school-enterprise cooperation”“technical application level”and“technical service”are important evaluation points.
