摘　　要：劳动是现代世界存在与发展的根基,保障劳动权是马克思社会建设思想的理论核心。在19世纪欧洲资本主义社会,无产阶级展开了反抗资本权力统治的斗争,对无产阶级革命运动的关注标志着马克思劳动权思想的历史登场。在马克思的劳动权思想中,劳动权利体现为劳动主体财产权、劳动生产自主权与劳动产品分配权的统一。劳动权利的实现与所有制密切相关,在三种不同形式所有制所决定的共同体中,劳动者对生产资料的占有经历了“共同占有——逐渐丧失——真正实现”的历史发生逻辑。马克思认为劳动权利要在无产阶级劳动人民现实的社会改造活动中得以实现。马克思劳动权思想是21世纪社会主义国家建设重要的理论指导,对于坚持人民至上的根本立场、合理利用与驾驭资本、推进共同富裕的中国式现代化建设具有重要的现实指导意义。Labor is the foundation of the existence and development of the modern world,and the protection of labor right is the theoretical core of Marx’s social construction thought.In the 19th century European capitalist society,the proletariat launched a struggle against the domination of capital power.The concern for the proletarian revolutionary movement marked the historical appearance of Marx’s labor right thought.In Marx’s thought of labor rights:labor rights are manifested as the unity of the property rights of the labor subject,the autonomy of labor production and the distribution rights of labor products.The acquisition of labor rights is closely related to ownership.In the communities determined by three different forms of ownership,the possession of means of production by laborers has undergone a historical logical of“having-losing-regaining”.Marx believed that Labor rights should be realized in the real social transformation activities of the proletarian working people.Marx’s thought of labor rights is an important theoretical guide for the construction of socialist countries in the 21st century,and has important practical guiding significance for maintaining the fundamental position of people first,rationally utilizing and controlling capital,and promoting the Chinese-style modernization of common prosperity.
