摘　　要：树立和培育社区居民正义观对于唤起全社会人民的权利与义务意识、促进社会主义核心价值观的内化、维护社会公平正义、实现和谐社会有着重要的现实意义。以守正创新和实事求是相结合的原则为指导,运用目的性抽样策略,对24位社区居民进行开放式主题访谈,采用Nvivo11对访谈文本进行分析,探索社区居民正义观的结构与影响因素。研究表明,社区居民正义观由正义目的、正义途径和正义评价等三个核心成分构成;社区居民正义观的形成与发展受到社区居民个性特征和自身素质的影响,社会文化因素、学校教育因素和家庭教育因素在社区居民正义观的形成和发展中起决定性作用,这些因素深刻影响并共同塑造着正义观。The sense of justice within the community residents is the sum of the cognitions held by community residents about the purpose of justice,the way of justice and the evaluation of justice.This study adopting the thematic analysis method and the purposive sampling strategy takes the structure of the sense of justice as the entry point,conducts an open-ended thematic interviews with 24 community residents and analyzes the interview transcripts through Nvivo 11 to construct a model of the psychological structure and formation mechanism of the sense of justice within the community residents.It showed that the residents'sense of justice is basically composed of the purpose of justice,the way of justice,and the evaluation of justice.In addition,it also found that the formation and development of the sense of justice is influenced by community residents'personal qualities and personality characteristics,as well as social culture school and family education,which play a decisive role in the formation and development of the sense of justice and all these factors deeply influence and jointly shape their sense of justice.
