公正世界信念如何影响大学生的伦理建言和主动担责行为——道德潜能与道德认同的作用机制  

Impact of Belief in a Justice World on the Undergraduate'Ethical Voice and Proactive Responsibility-Taking Behaviors——Functional Mechanism of Moral Potency and Moral Identity

摘　　要：基于主动动机模型和社会认知理论,构建有调节的中介效应模型,探究公正世界信念对大学生伦理建言和主动担责行为的影响机制及边界条件。对重庆某高校1568名在校大学生进行问卷调查,研究结果显示:(1)公正世界信念正向影响伦理建言和主动担责行为;(2)道德潜能在公正世界信念与伦理建言、主动担责行为的正向关系之间起部分中介作用;(3)道德认同不仅正向调节公正世界信念与伦理建言、主动担责行为、道德潜能之间的关系,而且正向调节道德潜能在公正世界信念与伦理建言、主动担责行为关系间的间接效应,表现为被调节的中介模式。研究结果为理解公正世界信念对主动性道德行为的影响和作用机制提供了新的视角,并为促进伦理建言和主动担责行为提供了实证依据。Drawing on the model of proactive motivation and social cognitive theory,this study explores the boundary conditions of and the underlying relationship between belief in a justice world(BJW),ethical voice and proactive responsibility-taking behaviour.The data were collected from 1,568 undergraduates in a university in Chongqing and the results are as follows.First,BJW positively affects ethical voice and taking charge,Second,moral potency serves as a mediating role between BJW and ethical voice,as well as taking charge.Third,moral identity can not only positively moderate the relationship between BJW,ethical voice,taking charge,and moral potency,but also positively regulate the indirect effects of BJW by positively influencing ethical advice and taking charge through moral potency,and thus representing a moderated mediation model.The findings provide a new perspective in understanding the influence and mechanism of BJW on moral behavior and it may serve as empirical evidence for enhancing ethical voice and taking charge.
