摘 要:为分析饲料颗粒成型中应力松弛特性对饲料颗粒保形效果的影响,文章利用单颗粒压缩试验平台,完成了15%、20%和25%水分饲料在70、80℃和90℃温度下经过1、3 min和5min热处理的饲料颗粒应力松弛特性试验。基于五元件广义麦克斯韦模型建立了饲料颗粒应力松弛流变模型,各湿热处理条件下模型的决定系数R^(2)均大于0.988,预测值与试验值的离差平方和范围为0.016~0.026。模型参数的分析结果表明:随着饲料水分和热处理温度的升高,饲料颗粒的应力松弛量增大,模型中平衡弹簧的Ee值减小,应力松弛后颗粒的残余应力减小,有利于提高饲料颗粒的保形效果。To analyze the effect of stress relaxation characteristics in feed pellet molding on the shape reten⁃tion effect of feed pellets,the feed pellet stress relaxation tests of 15%,20%and 25%moisture feed after 1 min,3 min and 5 min heat treatment at 70,80℃and 90℃were completed by using the single pellet press test platform.Based on the five-element generalized Maxwell model,a stress relaxation rheological model for feed pellets was established.The coefficient of determination R^(2) was greater than 0.988,and the sum of squares of deviationbetween predicted and experimental values ranges from 0.016 to 0.026.The analysis results of the model parameters indicated that:with the increase of feed moisture and heat treatment temperature,the amount of stress relaxation of feed pellets increasesd,and the Ee value of the balance spring in the model decreasesd;the residual stress of the pellets after stress relaxation decreasesd,which was ben⁃eficial to improve the shape retention effect of the feed pellets.
