摘  要:试验旨在探究复合微生态制剂对肉鸡生长性能、血清生化、抗氧化功能及免疫功能的影响。选择140只1日龄健康AA白羽肉仔鸡,随机分成2组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组饲喂在饲喂基础日粮中添加0.4 g/kg复合微生态制剂的日粮,试验期42 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,试验组平均末重、平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05);血清中三酰甘油(TG)、胆固醇(TC)及丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05),白蛋白(ALB)含量显著提高(P<0.05);谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著提高(P<0.05);免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)及免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量显著提高(P<0.05)。结果表明,在饲料中添加复合微生态制剂能显著提高肉鸡生长性能、改善血液生化参数、强化免疫系统功能。The experiment aims to explore the effects of composite microecological preparationon on growth performance,serum biochemistry,antioxidant function,and immune function of broiler chickens.A total of 140 one day old healthy AA white-feathered broiler chickens were selected for the experiment and divided into two groups.The control group was fed with a basic diet,while the experimental group added 0.4 g/kg of composite microecological agents to the basic diet,the experimental period was 42 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the average final weight and average daily weight gain of the experi⁃mental group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed to gain ratio was significantly reduced(P<0.05);the levels of triglycerides(TG),cholesterol(TC),and malondialdehyde(MDA)in serum were signifi⁃cantly reduced(P<0.05),the content of albumin(ALB)significantly increased(P<0.05);the activity of gluta⁃thione peroxidase(GSH-Px)was significantly increased(P<0.05);the levels of immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG),and immunoglobulin M(IgM)were significantly increased(P<0.05).Research has shown that adding composite probiotics could significantly increased growth performance,improved serum biochemical parameters,and enhanced the efficacy of the immune system.
