摘  要:中草药类饲料添加剂作为抗生素替代品具有重要意义。青刺果叶具有抗炎、抗氧化、抑菌和增强免疫作用,可改善动物健康并促进养殖业可持续发展。试验探究饲粮中添加不同比例的青刺果叶对铁脚麻鸡生长发育的影响。选取健康的0日龄铁脚麻鸡苗432只(公、母均分),在基础饲粮中添加了0、2%、5%和8%的青刺果叶。试验持续时间为42 d。结果显示:①与对照组相比,添加8%青刺果叶的铁脚麻鸡的屠体重和腿肌重极显著降低(P<0.01);2%组的胸肌重和腿肌率极显著上升(P<0.01);②与对照组相比,2%组铁脚麻鸡的脾脏重极显著升高(P<0.01),而5%组极显著降低(P<0.01);③与对照组相比,5%组和8%组铁脚麻鸡的法氏囊重、肾脏重和腺胃重都极显著降低(P<0.01),而2%组铁脚麻鸡的肾脏重和肌胃重极显著升高(P<0.01);④与对照组相比,5%组和8%组铁脚麻鸡的谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)显著提高(P<0.05);⑤与对照组相比,2%组铁脚麻鸡的胸肌和腿肌的红度(a^(*))显著提高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,2%组铁脚麻鸡腿肌的亮度(L^(*))显著提高(P<0.05);添加青刺果叶的试验组铁脚麻鸡胸肌和腿肌滴水损失与对照组相比均显著降低(P<0.05),且随着青刺果叶水平的增加,滴水损失逐渐显著降低。综上所述:低剂量的青刺果叶(2%)在铁脚麻鸡的生长发育、免疫功能和抗氧化能力方面具有积极作用,而高剂量的青刺果叶可能对铁脚麻鸡产生负面影响。The use of Chinese herbal feed additives as alternatives to antibiotics is of great significance.The leaves of Prinsepia utilis Royle leaf have anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,bacteriostatic,and immuneenhancing effects,which can improve animal health and promote the sustainable development of livestock farming.This study investigated the effects of different ratios of Prinsepia utilis Royle leaf in the diet on the growth and development of Tiejiao partridge chicken.We selected 324 healthy 0-week-old Tiejiao Par⁃tridge Chicken chicks(half male and half female),and added 0,2%,5%,and 8%Prinsepia utilis Royle leaf to the basic diet.The trial lasted for 42 days.The results showed:①compared with the control group,the body weight and leg weight were significantly decreased(P<0.01);the pectoral weight and leg weight increased significantly in the 2%group(P<0.01);②compared with the control group,the spleen weight of the 2%group Tiejiao partridge chicken was significantly increased(P<0.01),while the 5%group was signifi⁃cantly reduced(P<0.01);③compared with the control group,the bursa of fabricius,kidney weight,glandu⁃lar stomach weight,and muscular stomach weight of Tiejiao partridge chicken in the 5%and 8%groups were significantly reduced(P<0.01),while the kidney weight and muscular stomach weight of the 2%group were significantly increased(P<0.01);④com⁃pared with the control group,the GR enzyme activ⁃ity of Tiejiao partridge chicken in the 5%and 8%groups was significantly increased(P<0.05);⑤compared with the control group,the pectoral and leg muscle a^(*)value of Tiejiao parteidge chickens of the 2%group was significantly increased(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the pectoral and leg muscle L^(*)value of the 2%group was signifi⁃cantly increased(P<0.05);the L^(*)value of the leg muscle of the 2%group was significantly increased(P<0.05);the drip loss of the pectoral and leg muscles of the Tiejiao partridge chicken in the experimental groups with Prinsepia utilis Royle leaf was significantly lowe
