摘  要:为探究饲喂裂殖壶藻粉强化卤虫无节幼体对斑马鱼(Danio rerio)仔鱼的生长、成活率及健康状况的影响,设置了5种不同裂殖壶藻粉添加浓度(0、0.05、0.10、0.15、0.20 g/L,分别记为对照组、0.05 g/L组、0.10 g/L组、0.15 g/L组、0.20 g/L)对卤虫无节幼体进行营养强化,并用强化后的卤虫饲喂养殖在循环水系统中的斑马鱼仔鱼,共20 d。试验结果表明:①0.15 g/L组的成活率、终末体重及特定生长率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),终末体长和肥满度在各组间无显著差异(P>0.05);②0.15 g/L组EPA、DHA含量及DHA/EPA值显著高于对照组(P<0.05);③0.15、0.20 g/L组α-淀粉酶活性显著高于对照组,0.15 g/L组胰蛋白酶活性显著高于对照组,所有处理组脂肪酶活性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);④所有处理组丙二醛含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),0.10、0.15、0.20 g/L组总超氧化物歧化酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,卤虫无节幼体在浓度为0.15 g/L的裂殖壶藻粉的营养强化下,可显著提高斑马鱼仔鱼生长、存活率,增强鱼体的消化能力及抗氧化能力,改善鱼体健康。In order to investigate the effects of feeding Schizochytrium fortified Artemia nauplii on the growth,survival rate and health status of zebrafish(Danio rerio)larvae,five different concentrations(0,0.05,0.10,0.15,0.20 g/L)of Schizochytrium were set up for nutritional enrichment.The enriched Artemia were fed to zebrafish larvae raised in the circulating water system for 20 days.The results showed as follows:①the survival rate,final body weight and specific growth rate in 0.15 g/L group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences in final body length and condition factor(CF)among all groups(P>0.05);②the contents of EPA and DHA and DHA/EPA in 0.15 g/L group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05);③α-amylase activity in 0.15 and 0.20 g/L groups was significantly higher than that in control group,trypsin activity in 0.15 g/L group was significantly higher than that in control group,lipase activity in all treatment groups was signifi⁃cantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05);④the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)in all treatment groups was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),and the total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)activity in 0.10,0.15 g/L and 0.20 g/L groups was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The results showed that the growth and survival rate of zebrafish larvae could be significantly improved,the antioxidant capacity and digestive capacity of zebrafish larvae could be enhanced,and the health of zebrafish larvae could be improved by feeding them with 0.15 g/L Schizochytrium.
