陆封型马苏大麻哈幼鱼饲料赖氨酸需要量的研究

摘　　要：为了探讨陆封型马苏大麻哈幼鱼饲料赖氨酸的适宜需要量,试验选择(10.11±0.20)g的陆封型马苏大麻哈幼鱼450尾为研究对象,随机分为6组(Ⅰ~Ⅵ组),分别饲喂赖氨酸水平为0(Ⅰ组)、0.3%(Ⅱ组)、0.6%(Ⅲ组)、0.9%(Ⅳ组)、1.2%(Ⅴ组)、1.5%(Ⅵ组)的饲料,实测饲料中赖氨酸水平为2.18%、2.47%、2.77%、3.06%、3.36%、3.66%,试验期56 d。结果表明:以特定生长率为判定指标,陆封型马苏大麻哈幼鱼对饲料中赖氨酸的适宜需要量为2.92%(占饲料蛋白6.25%)。利用A/E法推算陆封型马苏大麻哈幼鱼对其他必需氨基酸的需要量为精氨酸2.0%(4.28%CP)、蛋氨酸+胱氨酸0.89%(1.92%CP)、苯丙氨酸+酪氨酸2.15%(4.59%CP)、亮氨酸2.48%(5.30%CP)、异亮氨酸1.50%(3.22%CP)、组氨酸0.94%(2.01%CP)、缬氨酸1.59%(3.40%CP),苏氨酸1.50%(3.21%CP)。To investigate the appropriate requirement of lysinein the feed of landlocked Oncorhynchusmasou juveniles,the study was conducted using 450 juveniles weighing approximately(10.11±0.20)g perfish.These juveniles were randomly divided into six groups(groupsⅠ-Ⅵ).They were fed feeds containing vary⁃ing levels of lysine:0(groupⅠ),0.3%(groupⅡ),0.6%(groupⅢ),0.9%(groupⅣ),1.2%(groupⅤ),and 1.5%(groupⅥ).The detected lysine levels in the feeds were 2.18%,2.47%,2.77%,3.06%,3.36%,and 3.66%,respectively.The trial lasted for 56 days.The results indicated that,based on specific growth rate(SGR),the optimal lysine requirement for the landlocked Oncorhynchus masou juveniles was 2.92%(6.25%of feed protein).Utilizing the A/E method,the estimated requirements for other essential amino acids were arginine 2.0%(4.28%CP),methionine+cystine 0.89%(1.92%CP),phenylalanine+tyrosine 2.15%(4.59%CP),leucine 2.48%(5.30%CP),isoleucine 1.50%(3.22%CP),histidine 0.94%(2.01%CP),valine 1.59%(3.40%CP),and threonine 1.50%(3.21%CP).
