摘  要:饲料中多种霉菌毒素污染给养殖业造成了巨大的经济损失,如何安全高效地解决这个问题已经成为饲料行业研究的热点。研究选育出一株黑曲霉,发现其对黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)和玉米赤霉烯酮(ZEN)具有高效同步降解作用。通过将不同剂量(0.03%、0.06%和0.09%)的黑曲霉培养物加入到含有AFB1和ZEN的液体培养基中,发现反应不同时间(12 h和24 h)后培养液中AFB1和ZEN的残余量显著降低(P<0.05),其同步降解率随黑曲霉培养物添加剂量和作用时间的增加而增加。在反应12 h后,0.09%黑曲霉培养物对AFB1和ZEN同步降解率达到最大值,分别为54.36%和49.81%(P<0.05);在反应24 h后,0.06%黑曲霉培养物对AFB1和ZEN同步降解率达到最大值,分别为71.54%和98.28%(P<0.05)。研究为解决饲料行业中多种霉菌毒素污染奠定了基础,有利于畜禽健康生产和畜产品安全。Multi-mycotoxin contamination in feed has caused big economic loss in animal feeding field.How to solve this problem becomes the hot topic in feed industry.One strain of Aspergillus niger with highly synchronous degradation of afla⁃toxin B1(AFB1)and zearalenone(ZEN)was iso⁃lated in this study.The results showed that the different doses of Aspergillus niger culture(0.03%,0.06%and 0.09%)with different reactive time(12 h and 24 h)could significantly decrease AFB1 and ZEN contents in the incubating liquid(P<0.05),in which the synchronous degradation rates of AFB1 and ZEN were increased when the doses of Aspergillus niger culture and reactive time were increased.After 12 h reaction,the synchronous degradation rates of AFB1 and ZEN reached the tops at 54.36%and 49.81%(P<0.05)by adding 0.09%Aspergillus niger culture,respectively.After 24 h reaction,the synchronous degradation rates of AFB1 and ZEN reached the tops at 71.54%and 98.28%(P<0.05)by adding 0.06%Aspergillus niger culture,respectively.This study provides the base for solving multi-mycotoxin contamination in feed industry,beneficial to animal health and livestock product safety.
