金荞麦秸秆粉作为肉兔饲料的营养价值研究

摘　　要：研究旨在评估金荞麦秸秆作为兔饲料的营养价值。试验分两个阶段进行,首先剖析金荞麦秸秆的营养成分,随后采用全收粪法测定肉兔对金荞麦秸秆的消化参数。结果显示:金荞麦秸秆含干物质88.40%,粗蛋白15.17%,粗脂肪2.01%,无氮浸出物40.78%,粗灰分8.40%,钙0.56%,总磷0.36%,粗纤维21.50%,总消化能16.25 MJ/kg。粗纤维组成中,中性洗涤纤维37.71%,酸性洗涤纤维34.12%,酸性洗涤木质素8.80%。氨基酸组成中,赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、苏氨酸和精氨酸含量分别为0.79%、0.10%、0.69%和0.80%。肉兔对金荞麦秸秆的能量表观消化率41.21%,即消化能为6.69 MJ/kg,干物质、粗蛋白、粗脂肪和无氮浸出物的表观消化率分别为49.25%、55.36%、80.21%和63.58%,粗灰分、钙和总磷的表观消化率分别为26.35%、28.23%和22.35%,粗纤维、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维的表观消化率分别为26.58%、38.25%和36.21%。综上所述,金荞麦秸秆作为一种粗饲料资源,在肉兔饲养中具有较高的潜在应用价值。This study aimed to assess the nutritional value of Fagopyrum dibotrys Hara straw as rabbit feed.The research was divided into two phases:firstly,the nutritional components of Fagopyrum dibotrys straw were analyzed;secondly,the digestive parameters of meat rabbits fed with Fagopyrum dibotrys straw were determined through the total feces collection method.The study found that the dry matter content of Fagopy⁃rum dibotrys straw was 88.40%,crude protein 15.17%,crude fat 2.01%,nitrogen-free extract 40.78%,crude ash 8.40%,calcium 0.56%,total phosphorus 0.36%,crude fiber 21.50%,total digestive energy 16.25 MJ/kg.The composition of crude fiber includes 37.71%neutral detergent fiber,34.12%acid deter⁃gent fiber,and 8.80%acid detergent lignin.Among amino acids,the contents of lysine,methio⁃nine,threonine,and arginine were 0.79%,0.10%,0.69%,and 0.80%,respectively.The energy diges⁃tion rate of meat rabbits for Fagopyrum dibotrys straw was 41.21%,with a digestible energy of 6.69 MJ/kg.The apparent digestibility of dry matter,crude protein,crude fat,and nitrogen-free extract were 49.25%,55.36%,80.21%,and 63.58%,respectively.The apparent digestibility of crude ash,calcium,and total phosphorus were 28.23%,22.35%,and 26.58%,respectively.The apparent digestibility of crude fiber,neutral detergent fiber,and acid detergent fiber were 26.35%,28.23%and 22.35%,respectively.In summary,Fagopyrum dibotrys straw,as a roughage resource,has high potential application value in rabbit breeding.
