摘　　要：为实现标准化、规范化、专业化的一站式献血服务,浙江省血液中心基于以献血者为中心的理念,通过持续迭代升级,完善了互联网献血服务平台,将零散的功能模块进行集成,形成面向工作人员的献血服务热线系统和面向献血者使用的电子献血证系统,支持献血者持手机完成献血全过程。同时探索人工智能技术在献血服务中的应用,为促进互联网人工智能献血服务高质量发展提供参考。In order to realize standardized,regulated and professional one-stop blood donation service,Zhejiang Blood Center has improved the Internet blood donation service platform based on the concept of donor-centeredness through continuous iterative upgrading,and integrated the scattered functional modules to form a blood donation service hotline system for staff and an electronic blood donation certificate system for blood donors.Blood donors are supported to complete the whole process of blood donation with mobile phones.At the same time,it explores the application of artificial intelligence technology in blood donation service,so as to provide reference for promoting the high-quality development of Internet artificial intelligence blood donation service.
