舟山市石化产业青年人才引培路径研究——基于鱼山岛绿色石化基地项目分析

摘　　要：绿色石化产业位居舟山市现代海洋城市建设“985”行动的九大现代海洋产业链之首,对高水平建设现代海洋城市意义重大。目前人才是绿色石化产业发展的主要短板之一。文章依据舟山市石化产业现状与规划,预测未来石化产业的人才需求,结合青年人才储备现状及引培机制,研判供需形势。研究发现,因石化产业人才整体供给不足,舟山石化产业人才集聚力弱,平台载体少,导致舟山石化青年人才供不应求。实施“青年拔尖人才招引工程”等七大工程,是实现舟山石化产业青年人才引培的关键路径,对推动舟山石化产业发展、助力现代海洋城市建设至关重要。As the leading sector among the nine modern marine industrial chains within Zhoushan's “985” Action Plan,the green petrochemical industry plays a pivotal role in the high-level development of a modern marine city.However,talent shortages remain a critical bottleneck for the development of this industry.Based on the current situation and planning of Zhoushan's petrochemical industry,this study forecasts the future talent demands in the industry and evaluates the supply and demand situation by analyzing existing young talent reserves and recruitment-training mechanisms.The study finds that the overall shortage of talent in the petrochemical industry weakens Zhoushan's capacity to attract talent.This is compounded by lack of platforms and support systems,resulting in a supply shortage of young talent in the industry.To address these challenges,the study proposes seven strategic initiatives,including the “Top Young Talent Recruitment Project”,as key pathways to enhance the recruitment and cultivation of young talent.These measures are essential for driving the sustainable growth of Zhoushan's petrochemical industry and supporting its transformation into a modern marine city.
