摘　　要：习近平在继承发展马克思主义经典作家和中国共产党历代领导人有关青年群体工作思想和观点的基础上,结合其本人在青年时期的基层实践经历,以中国式现代化推进中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的时代诉求,对新时代青年工作的战略地位、时代主题和青年工作之根本所在等核心内容进行了科学系统论述。青年工作关乎党的事业、国家前途、民族希望;青年工作不仅要牢牢紧扣“强国追梦”时代主旋律,更要充分发挥党对青年工作的领导作用。习近平关于青年群体重要论述开辟了中国化时代化的马克思主义青年观新境界,同时也汇聚了实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的青春力量。Xi Jinping,building upon the Marxist classic writers'and successive leaders of the Chinese Communist Party's thoughts and perspectives on youth-related work,as well as drawing from his personal grassroots experiences during his youth,has provided a scientific and systematic exposition of the strategic position,the theme of the times,and the fundamental essence of youth work in the new era,all in the context of advancing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the Chinese Dream through Chinese-style modernization.Youth work is closely tied to the Party's cause,the future of the country,and the hopes of the nation.It not only must firmly adhere to the main theme of the era,which is the pursuit of a strong nation and the realization of dreams,but also fully harness the Party's leadership in youth work.Xi Jinping's important discourse on the youth has opened new horizons for a Marxist youth perspective adapted to the Chinese context and the times,while also gathering youthful strength for realizing the Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation.
