摘　　要：新世纪以来,在全球化思潮的影响下,澳大利亚高等教育呈现了市场化改革倾向,国际化教育成为澳大利亚高等教育改革的主战场。国际化的高等教育为国家的GDP贡献度高,一度成为出口贸易额的第二大产业。为了稳定和扩张高等教育国际化市场,澳大利亚制定了一系列政策支持高等教育国际化改革,如立法引导、策划改革、战略规划,凸显了高等教育国际化国家政策的主体性、整体性和长期性。澳大利亚高等教育国际化的改革既有成功的经验,也有策划不周的教训,对我国的高等教育国际化建设具有一定的借鉴意义。Since the beginning of the new century,under the influence of globalization thoughts,Australia's higher education has shown a tendency towards market-oriented reform,with its international education becoming the main battlefield of higher education reform.International higher education has made a high contribution to the country's GDP and once became the second-largest industry in terms of export trade volume.In order to stabilize and expand its international higher education market,Australia has formulated a series of policies to support the reform of international higher education,including legislative guidance,reform implementing,and strategic planning,highlighting the subjectivity,integrity,and long-term nature of the national policies on the international higher education.Australia's reform of the international higher education has both successful experiences and lessons from inadequate planning,which are of certain referent significance for the construction of the international higher education in China.
