摘　　要：茶叶标准物质在保证茶叶产品质量安全、遵守植物检疫贸易限制和保护消费者方面扮演着重要角色。本文查阅国际标准物质数据库,美国国家标准技术研究所,欧洲国家、日本的标准物质数据库以及中国国家标准物质资源共享平台收录的茶叶标准物质情况,总结国内外茶叶领域标准物质的现状。通过分析茶叶标准物质与茶叶标准的关系,结合检索的国内外文献资料,指出我国茶叶标准物质的特点并进行了展望。Tea reference materials play an important role in ensuring the quality and safety of tea products,complying with plant quarantine and trade restrictions and protecting consumers.This paper refered to the situation of tea reference materials included in the databases of COMAR,National Institute of Standards and Technology(NIST),EU countries,Japan,and China National Reference Materials Resource Sharing Platform,and summarized the current situation of reference materials in the tea industry at home and abroad.By analyzing the relationship between tea reference materials and tea standard,combined with the retrieved domestic and foreign literature data,pointed out the characteristics of tea reference materials in China and made prospects.
