摘 要:为了解当前茶叶中重金属研究的发展趋势及演变特征,基于Web of Science核心合集数据库,通过Citespace和VOSviewer软件对2008—2023年茶叶中重金属研究文献进行计量分析。结果表明,2015年以后发文量持续快速增长,中国和印度是茶叶重金属研究领域发文量最多的国家;中国在该领域发文量超过全球的50%,占据全世界最大份额。中国科学院是发文量最多的研究机构,发文量最高的期刊为Environmental Science and Pollution Research,最具影响力的期刊是Journal of Hazardous Materials。主要研究学科为环境科学。关键词聚类分析显示,Trace-elements、Heavy-mentals、Solid-phase extractions、Adsorption为主要的研究主题。茶叶中重金属潜在人体健康风险与影响机理研究是当前研究重点。In order to understand the current development trend and evolution characteristics of research on heavy metals in tea,a bibliometric analysis of research literature on heavy metals in tea during the period of 2008-2023 was analyzed by Citespace and VOS viewer software based on the Web of Science Core Collection Database.The results showed that the number of publications has continued to grow rapidly since 2015,and China and India were the countries with the largest number of publications in the field of heavy metals research in tea;China has published over 50%of the world's articles in this field,accounting for the largest share in the world.Chinese Academy of Sciences is the research organization with the highest number of publications,the journal with the highest number of publications is Environmental Science and Pollution Research,and the most influential journal is Journal of Hazardous Materials.The main research discipline is environmental science.Keyword cluster analysis showed Trace-elements,Heavy-mentals,Solid-phase extractions,Adsorption were the main research themes.The study of potential human health risks and impact mechanisms of heavy metals in tea is the current research focus.
