摘  要:茶在中国的历史源远流长。而今,国家提倡弘扬中华优秀传统文化,建立文化自信,坚定道路自信;茶文化在其中发挥着不可或缺的作用。本文将视角凝聚于广东吴川地区,从分析茶对于吴川人民的意义、吴川传统文化对吴川茶文化传播的影响、论述吴川茶文化通过互联网传播的情况,以及对吴川市中心和湛江市中心地区的三个年龄群体分别采取问卷调查、对两地新式茶馆的经营者开展实地访谈来分析比较茶文化在广东吴川地区的发展现状及趋势。数据表明,湛江市中心地区和吴川市中心地区人民的茶消费都偏向于消费茶叶和含茶叶饮料,新式茶馆的出现均引起了两地人民的极大兴趣;所采访到两地新式茶馆的主理人均表示新式茶馆成为两地茶文化宣传的主要实体空间。Tea has a long history in China.Nowadays,China vigorously advocates the revival of excellent traditional culture,the establishment of cultural confidence,and the determination of road confidence;Tea culture plays an indispensable role in it.The paper focuses on the Wuchuan region of Guangdong,discusses the spread of Wuchuan tea culture through the Internet from the perspective of analyzing the significance of tea to the people of Wuchuan and the impact of traditional culture of Wuchuan on the spread of Wuchuan tea culture,and the questionnaire surveys on three age groups in the Wuchuan and Zhanjiang city centers and on-site interviews with the operators of new style tea houses in the two regions were conducted to analyze and compare the development status and trends of tea culture in the Wuchuan region of Guangdong.The data shows that the tea consumption of people in the central areas of Zhanjiang and Wuchuan tends to be towards tea and tea containing beverages,and the emergence of new style tea houses has aroused great interest from the people of both regions;The managers of the new style tea houses interviewed in both regions stated that the new style tea houses have become the main physical space for promoting tea culture in both regions.
