摘 要:I/F转换电路是一种积分型模数转换电路。针对应用场景对I/F转换电路日益提高的精度需求,将传统的标度因数温度系数补偿算法与非线性补偿算法结合,提出了I/F转换电路的多维补偿算法,能够改善全温范围内的非线性度,同时提升全量程下的标度因数温度系数。测试结果表明,设计的算法有效,补偿后电路全温范围内的非线性度约为5.51×10-6,全量程下的温度系数约为1.51×10-7/℃,补偿效果较传统方法有了大幅提高。I/F conversion circuit is a kind of integral analog-to-digital conversion circuit.To meet the increasing accuracy requirements of I/F conversion circuit in application scenarios,a multi-dimensional compensation algorithm of I/F conversion circuit is proposed by combining the traditional scale-factor temperature coefficient compensation with the non-linearity compensation.Through the proposed algorithm,both the non-linearity of the full temperature range and the scale-factor temperature coefficient of the full scale are improved.The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is effective.The non-linearity of the full temperature range is about 5.51×10-6,and the temperature coefficient of the full scale is about 1.51×10-7/℃after compensation.The compensation effect is greatly improved compared with the traditional method.
