摘　　要：在新时代、新阶段、新形势下,我国生态经济实践对经济增长理论的发展提出新要求,我国社会主要矛盾发生根本性历史性变化、经济社会全面绿色转型、社会主义现代化建设、全球经济可持续发展构成中国特色绿色增长理论演化发展的现实逻辑。本文从中华传统文化的绿色增长智慧、西方经济增长理论的精华、马克思主义自然生产力思想、习近平生态文明思想绿色增长观四个维度深度梳理了中国特色绿色增长理论的理论渊源,并剖析了西方生态经济增长理论的局限性。据此,本文揭示出中国特色绿色增长理论的本质,即以习近平生态文明思想为纲领的、具有经济社会生态环境多重目标属性的、能够为中国特色绿色增长实践提供支撑的系统性增长理论,并系统阐述了增长属性、增长动力、增长度量等中国特色绿色增长理论关键问题,进而提出促进我国绿色增长的相关政策建议。In the new era,new stage and new situation,China’s ecological economic practice puts forward new requirements for the development of economic growth theory.The fundamental historical change of the principal contradiction in Chinese society,the comprehensive green transformation of economy and society,the socialist modernization,and the sustainable development of the global economy constitute the realistic logic for the evolution and development of the green growth theory with Chinese characteristics.This paper deeply sorts out the theoretical origins of the green growth theory with Chinese characteristics from four dimensions:the wisdom of green growth in traditional Chinese culture,the essence of western economic growth theory,Marxist thought of natural productive forces,the concept of green growth in Xi Jinping Thought on Eco-Civilization,and analyzes the limitations of western ecological economic growth theory.Based on this,this paper reveals the essence of green growth theory with Chinese characteristics,that is,a systematic growth theory based on Xi Jinping Thought on Eco-Civilization,with multiple objectives of economic,social and ecological environment,which can provide support for green growth practice with Chinese characteristics.It also systematically expounds the key issues of the green growth theory with Chinese characteristics,such as the growth attributes,growth momentum,and growth measurement,and then puts forward relevant policy suggestions to promote green growth in China.
