摘　　要：20世纪始至新中国成立初期,西安各大学逐步完成了从“传统书院”向“近现代大学”的转变,西安近现代大学校园遗产是西安城市文化遗产的重要组成部分。文章基于扎根理论的研究方法,突破了权威遗产话语的构建模式,对西安近现代大学校园遗产的综合价值进行自下而上的挖掘,并运用主观赋权的层次分析法建构价值评价指标体系及权重分配。旨在建立西安近现代大学校园遗产的价值评价标准和框架,为后续的保护和利用工作奠定基础。From the early 20th century to the founding of the People’s Republic of China,Xi’an University underwent a gradual transformation from a“traditional academy”to a“modern university”.The Xi’an modern university campus heritage is an important component of Xi’an’s urban cultural heritage.This study,based on empirical research and employing Grounded Theory,breaks through the conventional construction mode of Authorizing Heritage Discourse(AHD),It excavates the comprehensive value of the Xi’an modern university campus heritage from bottom to top.Additionally,it constructs a value evaluation system and weight distribution framework through the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),which is subjectively empowered.The purpose is to establish evaluation criteria and a framework for the Xi’an modern university campus heritage,thereby laying the foundation for its subsequent protection and utilization.
