摘　　要：卒中是全球人口死亡和残疾的第二大病因。"时间就是大脑",越早开始救治,卒中患者的转归越好。移动卒中单元(mobile stroke unit,MSU)是一种新型院前急救模式。研究显示,相较于常规急救模式,MSU可显著缩短卒中患者的救治时间且不会增高安全性风险,但其对治疗有效性的影响尚存在争议。文章就MSU的过去、现状及未来发展前景进行了综述。Stroke is the second leading cause of death and disability in the global population.Time is the brain;the earlier treatment is started,the better the outcome for patients with stroke.Mobile stroke unit(MSU)is a new prehospital emergency mode.Researches have shown that compared to conventional emergency modes,MSU can significantly shorten the treatment time for patients with stroke without increasing safety risks,but its impact on treatment effectiveness is still controversial.This article reviews the past,present,and future development prospects of MSU.
