摘  要:文章基于数控车床的参数和目标企业的加工工序实际情况,分析桁架式机器人和关节式机器人的优缺点,选择有更大的编程自由度、控制更为灵活的关节式机器人作为系统的基础部件,同时对数控车床自动上下料系统的工作流程进行设计与规划。开展工程实验对系统进行优化发现,当机器人的运行速度为最大速度的35%时,系统负载状态下的待机时间最短,部件磨损程度最低。Based on the parameters of CNC lathes and the actual conditions of the processing procedures in the target enterprise,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of gantry robots and articulated robots,chooses the articulated robot with greater programming freedom and more flexible control as the basic component of the system,and designs and plans the workflow of the automatic loading and unloading system for CNC lathes at the same time.The engineering experiments are carried out to optimize the system,and it is found that when the running speed of the robot is 35%of the maximum speed,the standby time of the system under the load state is the shortest and the wearout level of the components is the lowest.
