摘  要:针对掘进机在截割过程中出现的剧烈振动、轴承高温和电机电流异常等故障问题,文章以EBZ160型掘进机截割机构为研究对象,深入研究截割机构的特性及工作环境,并设计了一套实时监测与诊断系统。该系统融合多种传感器技术,运用先进的信号处理方法和数据采集卡,能够有效地监控截割机构的振动、温度和电流状况。在半年的现场应用测试中,该系统证明了其故障识别和处理能力,显著提高了截割机构的工作效率和安全性。Based on the problems of fierce vibration,high temperature of bearing,abnormal current of motor and so on in the cutting process of roadheader,this paper takes the cutting mechanism of EBZ160 roadheader as the research object,deeply studies the characteristics and working environment of the cutting mechanism,and designs a set of real-time monitoring and diagnosis system.The system integrates a variety of sensor technologies,uses advanced signal processing methods and data acquisition cards,which can effectively monitor the vibration,temperature and current conditions of the cutting mechanism.In the field application test for half a year,the system proves its fault identification and processing ability,and significantly improves the working efficiency and safety of the cutting mechanism.
