“双一流”建设高校何以培养专业化中小学科学教师

摘  要:教育部实施“国优计划”旨在探索师范类与非师范类“双一流”建设高校共同参与科学教师教育的新模式,为中小学培养研究生层次的高素质科学教师。“国优计划”期望这些科学教师将来培养出更优秀的学生,推动我国原创性科技成果重大突破。如何遵循中小学教师专业成长规律与科学教育规律,保持“学术性”与“师范性”之间必要张力,成为试点高校亟待解决的问题。试点高校要把“国优计划”学生培养成为有教育情怀、热爱教育事业、乐于传道授业解惑的专业化中小学科学教师,帮助他们掌握专业知识并发展专业能力。试点高校应重构相应学科或专业的本科教育与研究生教育“学术性”课程,打造从本科到教育硕士的教师教育一体化“师范性”课程与实践体系。The“National Excellence Plan”implemented by the Ministry of Education aims to explore a new model for normal and non-normal“double first-class”universities to jointly participate in science teacher education,and to train high-quality science teachers at the graduate level for primary and secondary schools.The National Excellence Program hopes that these science teachers will cultivate more outstanding students in the future and promote China to achieve original scientific and technological achievements.How to follow the law of professional growth of primary and secondary school teachers and the law of science education so as to maintain the necessary tension between academic and normal has become an urgent problem to be solved in pilot universities.Pilot universities should train students of the National Excellence Program to become primary and secondary school science professional teachers who have educational feelings,love education,and are willing to preach and teach and solve doubts,so as to help them master professional knowledge and develop professional ability.The pilot universities should reconstruct the“academic”courses of undergraduate and postgraduate education in corresponding disciplines or majors,and create an integrated“normal”course and practice system of teacher education from undergraduate to master of education.
