冲突网络下考虑非合作行为的群决策共识方法

摘　　要：针对群体决策中决策者的非合作行为会阻碍共识形成的问题,基于个体间冲突度提出一种冲突网络视角下的群决策共识方法.首先,基于观点分歧度和信任偏差度来衡量个体间的冲突度,进而构建冲突网络,并利用节点强度指标来确定个体权重.然后,通过个体观点和群体观点之间的偏差来判断个体共识水平.最后,构建两种基于最小冲突共识的非线性优化模型来管理一般非合作和完全非合作两类行为,求得个体最优调整观点.结果表明群内冲突将会随着共识预算的增加而降低,直至收敛于特定值,所提出的方法能有效管理非合作行为并缓解群体内的冲突,且个体仅需经过一轮的观点调整就能形成共识.To address non-cooperative decision-makers(DMs)in group decision-making(GDM)problems,a consensus-based GDM method is proposed from the perspective of conflict network,based on the conflict degrees among DMs.First,conflict degrees among DMs are measured based on opinion discrepancies and asymmetric trust degrees.Then,the conflict network is built,and the weights of the nodes are obtained by degree centrality index.The individual consensus levels are measured based on the deviation between individual opinion and group opinion.Finally,two kinds of non-linear optimization models based on minimum conflict consensus are constructed to address general non-cooperative and completely non-cooperative behaviors.The individuals’optimal adjusted opinions could be obtained by solving these models.The numerical results show that the intra-group conflict will decrease with the consensus budget until it converges to a specific value.The proposed method could effectively handle the non-cooperative behaviors and eliminate intra-group conflict.Moreover,DMs could arrive at a consensus with only one round of opinion adjustments.
