摘 要:为了实现便捷、高效、低成本的没食子酸(GA)定量检测,采用电化学方法制备了一种分子印迹聚合物(MIPs)修饰的电化学传感器并用于电化学定量检测。以玻碳电极(GCE)为基底,采用循环伏安法制备镍金(Ni-Au)合金纳米颗粒;再以没食子酸为模板分子,邻氨基苯酚为功能单体,制备没食子酸聚邻氨基苯酚膜,洗去模板分子后得到特异性识别没食子酸的分子印迹膜和镍金纳米颗粒修饰的玻碳电极(MIPs/Ni AuNPs/GCE)。在制备过程中采用方波伏安法进行条件优化,最终在pH为7.0的电聚合溶液中扫描30圈以电聚合MIPs,接着浸入硫酸中洗脱30 min得到不含模板的分子印迹膜,然后在含有没食子酸的溶液中孵育20 min再进行定量检测。结果表明:在优化检测条件下,该传感器对GA响应灵敏,线性方程为I pa=5.47×10^(-4) c+0.02507(R 2=0.986),测得GA的线性范围为1~900μmol/L,检测限为53 nmol/L。构建的MIPs/Ni AuNPs/GCE电化学传感器能够实现绿茶中没食子酸的检测,并且具有宽线性范围和较低的检测限,具有良好的稳定性和特异性。For convenient,highefficiency and low-cost detection of gallic acid(GA),electrochemical methods was used to prepare molecularly imprinted polymers(MIPs)membrane and quantitative detection.Take glassy carbon electrode(GCE)as substance,preparing Ni-AuNPs by cyclic voltammetry method.Further,gallic acid-imprinted poly-o-aminophenol membrane was prepared,by taking gallic acid as template,o-aminophenol as functional molecular.After removal template,MIPs/Ni-AuNPs/GCE has the ability to specifically recognize GA.The conditions optimized by squarewave voltammetry method,the optimized pH is 7.0,electro polymerization circles is 30 cycles,template removal time is 30 min and the incubation time is 20 min.The results show that under the optimized conditions,the sensor is sensitive to GA,linearity quation is I pa=5.47×10-4 c+0.02507(R 2=0.986),linectrity ranging from 1 to 900μmol/L,the limit of detection(LOD)is 53 nmol/L.The constructed MIPs/Ni-AuNPs/GCE electrochemical sensor can realized the concentration detection of GA in green tea with lower LOD and broader linearity rang as wellas reliable stability and specificity.
