摘  要:职业院校教师企业实践作为深化职业教育改革的重要内容,是加快构建职普融通、产教融合职业教育体系的关键举措。基于扎根理论对15所“双高”建设单位的教师企业实践制度进行文本分析发现,教师企业实践制度由目标指向、本体内容、实施过程与保障体系等基本结构组成,在目标指向上受工具理性与价值理性的双向作用,在本体内容上对制度结构与制度功能的双重兼顾,在制度实施过程中体现主客体关系价值的双向规约,在制度保障体系上注重刚性工具与柔性工具的双向驱动。Teachers'enterprise practice in vocational colleges as an important content of deepening vocational education reform is a key measure to accelerate the construction of a comprehensive vocational education system integrating general and vocational education.Through an analysis of the institutional texts of 15“Double High”construction units on teachers'enterprise practice system,it was found that it consists of basic structures such as the target orientation,substantive content,implementation process and guarantee system,and is subject to dual influences from instrumental rationality and value rationality in terms of target orientation,subject to dual consideration from the structure and function of the institutional system in terms of substantive contents,reflects the dual regulation of the value of the subject-object relationship in the implementation process,and emphasizes dual drive from rigid tools and flexible tools in the guarantee system.
