数字技术赋能乡村公共文化服务的现状及路径研究——基于需求分析与指标构建的视角

摘　　要：当前,数字技术赋能乡村公共文化服务已迈入新阶段,乡村公共文化服务推进工作已取得显著成就,但也存在公共文化服务设施相对匮乏、数字技术应用相对落后、功能与乡村用户需求不匹配等问题。因此,亟需从需求分析与指标构建的角度深入探索数字赋能乡村公共文化服务,将乡村公共文化服务建设嵌入城乡经济社会发展全局、嵌入乡村地区社会治理体系。文章结合实地调研和网络调研,分析了乡村数字公共文化服务的用户需求、建设情况和发展指标,构建乡村数字公共文化服务评价指标体系,进而探究了影响乡村数字公共文化服务发展水平的组态,并提出数字赋能乡村公共文化服务的发展路径。Currently,the empowerment of rural public cultural services by digital technology has entered a new phase.The promotion of rural public cultural services has achieved significant results,but there are also issues such as relatively inadequate public cultural service facilities,relatively backward application of digital technology,and mismatch between functions and rural user needs.Therefore,it is urgent to explore the empowerment of rural public cultural services by digital technology from the perspective of demand analysis and indicator construction.This is to integrate the construction of rural public cultural services into the overall development of urban and rural economic and social development,and embed it into the social governance system of rural areas.The article combines field research and online research to analyze the user needs,construction status,and development indicators of rural digital public cultural services.It constructs an evaluation index system for rural digital public cultural services and explores the configuration that affects the development level of rural digital public cultural services,and proposes a development path for empowering rural public cultural services with digital technology.
