中小学阅读素养教育的框架及进路研究——基于生态管理视角

摘　　要：文章在分析阅读素养教育内涵和要素的基础上,从全要素的阅读生态环境、全流程的阅读生态系统结构、全业务的阅读生态链、全领域的“阅读”联盟体四个方面构建中小学阅读素养教育逻辑框架,进而提出阅读素养教育的进路:“管—用—服—评”的管理机制、“境—教—娱—研”的阅读观、“互通—互融—互助”的“共生”阅读圈、“阅读+课程+文旅”的资源体系,以期为中小学阅读素养教育的发展提供参考。The article,based on the analysis of the connotation and elements of reading literacy education,constructs a logical framework for elementary and middle school reading literacy education from four aspects:the all-element reading ecological environment,the all-process reading ecological system structure,the all-business reading ecological chain,and the all-field"reading"alliance body.It then proposes the approach to reading literacy education:a management mechanism of"management,use,service,evaluation",a reading view of"environment,education,entertainment,research",a"symbiotic"reading circle of"interconnection,integration,mutual assistance",and a resource system of"reading+curriculum+cultural tourism",aiming to provide useful references for the development of elementary and middle school reading literacy education.
