摘　　要：目的:分析三焦点人工晶状体植入术治疗老年性白内障的效果。方法:选取2021年12月—2023年2月昆明艾维眼科医院收治的老年性白内障患者65例,根据随机数字表法分为研究组(33例)和对照组(32例)。患者均接受超声乳化白内障手术,对照组联合单焦点人工晶状体植入术,研究组联合三焦点人工晶状体植入术。比较两组明、暗视对比敏感度,视力水平(远、中、近视力)。结果:术后,两组明视、暗视各空间频率对比敏感度升高,研究组暗视18 cpd对比敏感度低于对照组(P<0.05);术后,两组近视力、中视力、远视力改善,研究组近视力、中视力优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:三焦点人工晶状体植入术治疗老年性白内障的效果较好,能够提高患者的视力水平,虽然部分患者术后对比敏感度轻度降低,但该手术对患者视觉质量的总体改善有一定积极影响。Objective:To analyze the efficacy of trifocal intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of senile cataract.Methods:Sixty-five patients with senile cataract admitted to Kunming Aiwei Eye Hospital from December 2021 to February 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a study group(33 cases)and a control group(32 cases)using a random number table.All patients underwent phacoemulsification cataract surgery,with the control group receiving monofocal intraocular lens implantation and the study group receiving trifocal intraocular lens implantation.The contrast sensitivity under photopic and scotopic conditions,as well as visual acuity(distance,intermediate,and near vision)were compared between the two groups.Results:Postoperatively,the contrast sensitivity at various spatial frequencies under photopic and scotopic conditions increased in both groups,the contrast sensitivity at 18 cpd under scotopic conditions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Postoperatively,both groups showed improvements in near,intermediate,and distance visual acuity,with the study group demonstrating superior near and intermediate visual acuity compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Trifocal intraocular lens implantation is effective in treating senile cataract and can enhance patients'visual acuity.Although some patients experienced a slight reduction in postoperative contrast sensitivity,the procedure positively impacts the overall improvement of visual quality.
