腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗卵巢囊肿的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗卵巢囊肿的效果。方法:选取2020年2月—2023年10月菏泽市单县妇幼保健院收治的100例卵巢囊肿患者作为观察对象,随机分为开腹组(开腹卵巢囊肿剥除术)和腹腔镜组(腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术),各50例。对比两组患者临床疗效。结果:腹腔镜组手术指标均优于开腹组(P<0.001)。术后即刻,两组一氧化氮、皮质醇水平高于术前,且开腹组高于腹腔镜组(P<0.05);术后24 h,开腹组一氧化氮、皮质醇水平高于术前,且高于腹腔镜组(P<0.05)。术后3个月,开腹组卵泡刺激素、促黄体激素及雌二醇水平降低,且低于腹腔镜组(P<0.05)。腹腔镜组术后并发症发生率低于开腹组(P=0.037)。结论:腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术应用于卵巢囊肿患者手术耗时短、术中出血总量少,术后应激反应更轻,有助于患者的术后恢复,对患者卵巢功能影响更小,并发症更少。Objective:To analyze the efficacy of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in the treatment of ovarian cysts.Methods:From February 2020 to October 2023,100 patients with ovarian cysts admitted to Heze Shanxian Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a laparotomy group(laparotomy ovarian cystectomy)and a laparoscopic group(laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy),with 50 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:The surgical indicators of the laparoscopic group were superior to those of the laparotomy group(P<0.001).Immediately after surgery,the levels of nitric oxide and cortisol in both groups were higher than those before surgery,and the levels in the laparotomy group were higher than those in the laparoscopic group(P<0.05).Twenty-four hours after surgery,the levels of nitric oxide and cortisol in the laparotomy group were higher than those before surgery and higher than those in the laparoscopic group(P<0.05).Three months after surgery,the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone,and estradiol in the laparotomy group were lower than those in the laparoscopic group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the laparoscopic group was lower than that in the laparotomy group(P=0.037).Conclusion:Laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy for ovarian cysts results in shorter operation time,less intraoperative blood loss,milder postoperative stress response,facilitates postoperative recovery,has less impact on ovarian function,and fewer complications.
