角巩膜缘与角膜切口超声乳化术治疗老年性白内障的效果比较

摘　　要：目的:比较角巩膜缘与角膜切口超声乳化术治疗老年性白内障的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2024年12月邳州东大医院收治的老年性白内障患者86例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(43例,采用角膜切口超声乳化术治疗)、观察组(43例,采用角巩膜缘切口超声乳化术治疗)。对比两组视力水平、角膜散光度以及并发症发生率。结果:术后1周,两组裸眼视力、最佳矫正视力升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组术后1周角膜散光度高于术前,观察组较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组术后1、2周手术源性角膜散光度较对照组低(P<0.05);术后2周,两组手术源性角膜散光度低于术后1周(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率较对照组低(P=0.035)。结论:与角膜切口超声乳化术相比,角巩膜缘切口超声乳化术治疗老年性白内障的效果显著,可以降低并发症发生率,改善角膜散光度、视力水平。Objective:To compare the efficacy of phacoemulsification via corneoscleral limbus incision and corneal incision in the treatment of senile cataract.Methods:Eighty-six patients with senile cataract admitted to Pizhou Dongda Hospital from January 2022 to December 2024 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a control group(43 cases,treated with phacoemulsification via corneal incision)and an observation group(43 cases,treated with phacoemulsification via corneoscleral limbus incision)using a random number table.The visual acuity,corneal astigmatism,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:One week postoperatively,the uncorrected visual acuity and best-corrected visual acuity in both groups increased,with the observation group showing higher values than the control group(P<0.05).The corneal astigmatism in both groups was higher one week postoperatively compared to preoperative levels,but the observation group exhibited lower values than the control group(P<0.05).The surgically induced corneal astigmatism in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at both one and two weeks postoperatively(P<0.05).At two weeks postoperatively,the surgically induced corneal astigmatism in both groups was lower than at one week postoperatively(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.035).Conclusion:Compared to phacoemulsification via corneal incision,phacoemulsification via corneoscleral limbus incision demonstrates superior efficacy in the treatment of senile cataract,reducing the incidence of complications and improving corneal astigmatism and visual acuity.
